Is this really free? What's the catch? |
There is no catch and yes, our free conference call service is no cost conferencing. LiveOffice Conferencing doesn't charge you anything for using this free conferencing service at anytime. You and everyone who participates in your conference calls will be dialing a regular toll number (not toll-free/1-800) and any cost incurred is dependent on your own long-distance plan.
But this is a totally free conference calling service; you can use it as often as you need and for as long as you like. There are no strings attached.

How often can I use this free conference service? |
Use LiveOffice Free Conferencing as often as you like. You can host as many conference calls as you need with your account. The conference codes you receive after sign up are yours to use anytime conference calling is needed.

How many people can be in a conference call? |
Currently, there’s a maximum capacity of 250 people per conference call. This ensures that no single client or call can jeopardize on-demand conferencing services for our client base so you will have access to the free conferencing services when needed.

How long can my conference call be? |
Conference call duration is limited to 6 hours per call.

Are you going to sell my email information? |
No. Your information will not be sold or distributed to any third-party. LiveOffice will send you an occasional email with information about the web site, new services being offered and changes that are made to our network. Please see our Privacy Statement.

Can I use a calling card when dialing into the conference call? |
Yes. You can use any telephone connection method that provides access to a US based-telephone number.

Can I record my conference calls? |
Yes. You can record your conference call by selecting (5) then (*) from the telephone keypad at anytime during the call. The call will be recorded and the MP3 file posted under the "Recordings" section behind the log in area of our website. You will be able to preview, download and post the MP3 as you like.

Can international callers participate in my conference call? |
Yes. Any caller able to dial a US telephone number will be able to get access to our service and in turn, into a conference call.

Is this a VoIP service like Skype™ or Vonage™? |
LiveOffice uses the same phone network that you use every day. This is not an Internet phone service like Skype™ or Vonage™ but our conference service will allow for access to conference calls using either VOIP service mentioned.

Is this conference service secure? |
Yes. A four-digit security PIN is provided to the host to access the conference call system for a much higher level of security than other conference services which only distinguish between host and participant by a * or # sign.
You can also view your call in real-time from our Web Manager, exit callers and lock your conference at any time.
