We encourage property owners / managers to utilize every possible listing option. You can post as many as 14 pictures, complete room and property descriptions, hot link to your own property listing and much more. Position points are earned for each listing feature utilized. • 10 points for completing your Room description
• 15 points for adding a Directory Listing image
• 5 points for adding a Directory Listing image
• 15 points for adding a Web Page image
• 5 points for adding a Web Page rollover image
• 25 points for linking to any of our Top Level B&B or Vacation Rental Directories such as BedandBreakfastCanada.ca | VacationRentalCanada.com | BedandBreakfastAmerica.com | VacationRentalAmerica.com from your web site
• 50 points if you are listed in the Northwest Travelers Directory.
• 100 points for linking to us as indicated above directly from your home page - if you link to us please send us an e-mail so we can apply the Position Points to your listing(s)

2. Purchase Points: Points can be purchased for 1 dollar each (optional)

3. If you are a northStudio.com Inc. client or meet the following criteria we will award you the following Position Points as well as free listings on all Relevent Geographically Search Engine Optimized web sites

Yes, you can still list your property. When signing up, you will be prompted to list your property in your city and or state / province. Once you activate your listing, your city and or state / province will automatically appear on LodgingChannel.com.

6. May I list my property more than once on www.LodgingChannel.com?

Yes, you may list the property a second time in a different category only under the following conditions (any abuse or non-adherence to these conditions will be considered spamming our search engine and result in the property being completely de-listed and banned from our site:

1. the property is actually used in the second classification; and

2. you have purchased at least 2 regional sites; preferably at least 1 listing in each category where if available
i.e. Sally's Cottage B&B in Victoria offered as a cottage with breakfast included could be listed in LodgingChannel.com as a B&B and then activated as a paid listing in www.BedandBreakfastCanada.ca and/or www.BedandBreakfastBC.ca and/or www.BedandBreakfastVictoria.ca while this property could also be offered for rent as a vacation rental without
breakfast in which case it could additionally be listed in LodgingChannel.com as a Vacation Rental (which includes the subset of cottage, cabin, villa, chalet, vacation home) and then activated as a paid listing in www.VacationRentalCanada.com and/or www.VacationRentalBC.com and/or www.VacationRentalVictoria.com

3. Each application - www.LodgingChannel.com/application - for a second listing must FIRST be approved by us. Upon approval you will be sent details on how to complete and manage your second listing.
