| Job Description: |
Work in collaboration with the Hospice Medical Director and facility staff to provide palliative care consults to nursing home residents. Responsible for medical oversight of selected Hospice patients in nursing homes.
Master’s degree in Nursing required. Min. of 2-10 yrs. of nursing experience preferably as a RNP. Experience with pain and symptom management highly preferred.
