How do I place an order?
For Co-located plans, please select 'request a quote' link and fill out the online form. Our Sales staff will then contact you at the
earliest with a customized quote based on your requirements.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card, check payments in American and Canadian dollars.

Will Nextwebhosting be moving my domain(s) to my new server for me?
Once the server is set up, we will e-mail the login details to access your server. You will have full control over your
server. You can then create/set up the domains directly and upload the files for your domains. Nextwebhosting Support can help
you move the domains if you have a Managed Services Contract with us.

Will I have Root Control?
Nextwebhosting Dedicated NT machines are completely client controlled and fully accessible to the client.
We provide PCAnywhere, which allows you to remotely manage and even reboot the system.

Will Nextwebhosting monitor my server?
We will monitor your server 24 hours, 7 days a week and inform you of any failures. Depending on the options you choose,
Nextwebhosting Support will also take care of troubleshooting your server as soon as an alert is issued by the Monitor.

Will my server have a web-based control panel?
On NT servers – you can log in using PCAnywhere to manage your server.
