Customer Registration Services

Upload.com Customer Registration Services enables you to seamlessly add registration fields to your trial product, giving you a better understanding of your users and the ability to re-contact them during and after the trial period. This service is a free benefit for all Premium Listing subscribers.

• Automatically integrate customer registration into your.exe file without additional coding
• Pick the registration fields you require to meet your business objectives
• View summary reports that show you the number of registrations for a given period
• Access and export all collected customer information from your upload manager
• Use the information to contact your users with support, product update, or marketing messages

Our service uses industry standard registration dialogs, works with most installer packages, and syncs with your set-up process. The customer experience is also very simple and will not interfere with the standard installation process. When a user begins to install the product on their computer, they will be shown the two screens below. After registration, we automatically launch your installer or save your file, as appropriate.

Customer Registration Services comes complete with access to real-time end user data and can be exported to a variety of file formats. Use the information to populate your customer database and offer value-added services to end users. Reports can be run from your upload manager and will look like this page:

To begin using the service, log in to your Upload.com account and click the Registration Services 'Configure' link that corresponds to the product that you would like to activate. If you are new to Upload.com, you will first need to register and then add a product to our library by purchasing a Premium Listing Package.
