Member sites display a click to verify seal on their site, that the public follow to verify current membership. While we do not mediate disputes between end-users and member sites, we do forward any abuse complaints to the member. Unresolved disputes can cause revocation of the site's approval status.

Member sites must create and display a privacy policy prominently. If the applicant does not currently have a privacy policy he may create a privacy policy at no charge. Click here to create a free privacy policy.
In addition, the applicant must display prominently on their home page our click to verify seal. They may not sell or give away personal information to a third party. In addition financial information must be adequately protected from misuse. Member sites are monitored. Sample Site Certification.
Membership is limited to those sites whose content is not prohibited. Before application, the applicant will need to ensure his web content is not on the prohibited content list and will comply with the terms & conditions.
