Continue the Conference Call:
If the host must leave early, conference calls can continue if the host selects (3) then (*) to enable Conference Continuation keeping the conference open until concluded.

Conference Attendee Self-Mute:
Conference guests can self-mute their lines by hitting (4) then (*) on their phone. A caller can then regain talking rights by repeating the (4) then (*) selection. Note: Guests can not unmute their line when host enables Mute Entire Conference.

Free Conference Call Recording Off/On:
Enable free conference recording with (5) then (*) from the telephone and conclude your recording selecting (5) then (*) again or simply end the call by hanging up. MP3 files are posted to your recording archive for a minimum 30 day period.

Require Name Introductions:
Conference participants can be requested for first and last name using Name Announce, by selecting (6) then (*). Each guest is requested for their name prior to joining.

Conference Roll Call:
Review the identities of your conference participants with Roll Call with (7) then (*) during the teleconference to listen to the recorded participant names joined on the call.

Teleconference Head Count:
At any time, the conference host can select (8) then (*) to identify how many callers are in the conference call at that exact time.

New Entry Audio Tone Off/On:
By default, the conference system will announce new teleconference guests with an audio tone. The conference host can select (9) then (*) to disable the tone for new callers.
