Frequently Asked Questions:
1. What equipment is needed to take courses online?
You need a Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.0 or above running on a Windows PC and with the Javascript on your browser enabled (not disabled). The resolution on your screen must be at least 800x600.
2. Do I have to pass an exam to obtain course credit?
At the end of the course, you will complete a 100-question review that determines mastery of the course. If you do not master a fixed percentage of these questions, you will need to answer another set of questions to successfully complete the course.
3. How will I receive my Completion Certificate and receive continuing education credit?
Your course provider will give you a Course Certificate and communicate successful course completion to your licensing entity. If you are taking any Winning-Point course for continuing education credit, you should verify continuing education requirements and deadlines with your state real estate commission or licensing entity. Enrollment in a Winning-Point Course does not guarantee automatic renewal of your license. You are responsible for completing your course before your continuing education deadline.
4. How soon after registration, can I begin my course?
You can begin your course immediately.
5. How do I know if the course is approved for continuing education in my state?
From the home page, click on the map of the U.S. You will then see a large map that includes all 50 states. By clicking on your state, a list of approved courses for your state will appear.
