Students should review all instructions before starting the course. Only courses not started will be eligible for refund within 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, all materials ( if any) must be returned within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase. No refunds will be made or credit given after the fifteen (15) days have expired. All products will be inspected and, at the company's discretion, credit may be refused or up to a 20% restocking fee may be applied against the credit amount. If the textbooks are damaged, the cost of the books will be deducted from the refund amount. For all products returned under the 15-Day Return Policy, the student is responsible for all shipping charges.All purchased online courses must be completed within six(6) months after the date of purchase.After the expiration date all online courses must be repurchased and started again.

Failure to comply with the policies outlined above will result in the refusal of returned goods. When a student, paying with a credit card, is entitled to a refund, a credit memo will be submitted to the credit card company and a copy of the credit memo will be mailed to the student. All credit refunds for payments made by cash or check must be submitted to the Winning Point accounting department and a check will be mailed to the student. All refunds will be completed and mailed within eight (8) weeks from the time the refund is approved.
