My mother was a witch and my father was a werewolf.  I say 'was' because they are both dead; my mother, Old Mother McCue, was thrown into the river then burned (they always got things wrong in my village - it's very small) and Fang, my father, was hounded by the villagers until he ran in front of a truck one night, trying to escape their pitch forks.  Officially I am a werewitch and my problem is that each month when I become a werewolf (I only grow hairy on one side of my body by the way, which is another topic altogether) I end up trying to eat my witches familiar, my little black black cat called plague.  I know this is rare but does anyone else have this problem?  Obviously I cannot be a proper witch without a familiar, they'd never take me seriously at the coven, but this is getting to be a real problem.  I thought about getting a bigger cat, maybe a tiger or lion, but they do not fit properly on my broomstick and I have trouble taking off.  Also they looked rubbish silhouetted against the moooooon.

I am not sure what else I can do, because I'd be so sad if I eat my little plague...
