All you have to do is pay a 20000 HUF (about 80 Euro) deposit or give a credit card guarantee, sign the lease contract and you can ride a comfortable bike all over the Hungarian capital or countryside. You can rent for only an afternoon or plan longer trips as you are free to use the bikes in any corner of Hungary.
