+ The room was immaculate and had every necessary amenity...very comfortable and pleasant...we like being on a popular and active street...the location was wonderful...we had requested early check in and were able to check in as soon as we arrived, at 10 a.m. which is most unusual...we would definitely stay there again!

- The beds are MUCH TOO HARD! Considering how good the hotel is in every other respect, they were a real punishment.

- the first room we got was far to small, not expected on a four star hotel. Service minded personel arranged a better room to us after one night.
