- They forgot to clean our room one day. They saved on the toiletpaper, so we had to ask for more. Missing some extra pillows. Coffe and orangejuice (for breakfast) could be better. Missing glasses.

+ The staff in the reception were very helpful, made reservations at restaurants for us and drove us to the airport when we were leaving (same price as a taxi).
- We had to ask for toilette paper. They didn't clean the room, but they changed the towels almost everyday - even though they had a sign saying something like: "think about the environment, if you hang your towel here it means you don't want us to change it."

+ Good price, very quiet (in my back room, when the neighboors were not there or slept), helpful reception.
- Uncomfortable narrow bed (3 of them in my room!), unheated bathroom, towels replaced even when not required, lousy breakfast (my scoring of dining refers to breakfast only) in a noisy crowded atrium, and with the waiter removing your plate and cup at the second you get up to get another piece of bread!

- The location is good i.e. central but is on a busy road where trams thunder by; the windows/shutters couldn't cope with the noise. The room was basic and cleaned efficiently although the provision of towels seemed to fluctuate daily. Overall, though, the hotel was good value for money.

+ I've been really surprised that people are so nice, helpful and friendly. I had a really great time in Budapest and I'll come back soon. The hotel was awesome...the location is perfect - you have no problems to find it - doesn't matter if you are in Budapest for the first time or not. And the service is really great.

+ Location is great because of city center nearness. Neighbourhood is a little bit rusty, but you get used to it. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Metro station is just 5 minutes walking distance. Hotel is quiet, so we slept well.
- There was a hole in our bathroom wall, where you could see pipelines. Breakfast was below average, pastry was old first day.

- Problems with staff,they asked us from first minute about payment for room(they don`t accept any cards), and rates in forints has changed depending on receptionist on duty. But generally we must say that Hungarian people are very friendly.

- We had to go and ask for toilet paper for our room. When leaving the hotel the guy at reception booked a taxi for us and told us that the taxi would be cheaper than any I could book however the taxi driver charged us over 6000 HUF to get to the airport which is really expensive.

+ The room was very comfortable. the front desk staff was wonderful and very imformative.
- The breakfast assortment was not the fare we were expecting - no juice for example. The house keeping staff closed all of our luggage, moved the clothes by floding them and putting them all into one pile, and moving other belongings. It took awhile to find each of our things as they had been moved.

- l'hotel era pieno di studenti rumorosi, la struttura dell'hotel tra cui lo sapzio per la colazione permette il propagarsi sin dentro le camere di odori e rumori.

- Il cambio della moneta. In albergo il cambio era molto piů alto della media. Essendo arrivati di domenica in albergo ci hanno detto che gli uffici di cambio erano tutti chiusi, costringendoci a cambiare la moneta in albergo.

- Non viene fatto il cambio degli asciugamani, e non e' stato rifatto il letto l'ultimo giorno. La colazione e' orribile. Manca la possibilita' di pagare con le carte di credito.
