Warranty

If a EuroDezigns Inc. product is defective, it must be mailed to us with a money order in the amount of $6.95 USD per set made payable to: EuroDezigns for return shipping/handling.  We do NOT accept personal checks!  Removal, installation, or re-installation costs are not covered by this Warranty.  When sending your faulty bulb (socket included) back to us, please put the bulb in a standard size envelope addressed with 2 stamps on the envelope and include a money order for $6.95 USD per set.  In return you will receive a brand new set of bulbs in a sealed case.

If you have multiple sets, please send $6.95 USD per set. The charge is for SHIPPING & HANDLING. The $6.95 has to cover the cost of the following:
1. Postage.
2. Bubbled envelope
3. The cost of having our staff respond to your emails promptly
4. The cost of having our staff process the payments.
5. The cost of having our staff process and package your order.
6. The cost of having our staff drive to the post office, stand in line, ship packages and the drive time back to the office, and paying .37 per mile traveled for gas and vehicle wear and tear.  There really is a lot more to getting your product to you quickly and in great condition.  We take great pride in our product, and hope you enjoy using them.
