From Calgary, Banff or Lake Louise

  1. You will drive west on TransCanada Highway 1.

  2. From Lake Louise you will pass by the town of Field on your left (approximately 15 - 20 minutes & 26km or 16 miles from Lake Louise).

  3. Approximately 15 - 20 minutes further on from Field ( about 28km / 17½ miles), on your left, you will pass the Yoho National Park entry gates for eastbound traffic marked by 3 flags and a small wooden kiosk. The driveway to our RiverBase is 2km or 1¼ miles from this point on your left.

  4. Between the Yoho Park Gate flags and our driveway, you will pass the turning to Beaverfoot Road on your left, DO NOT turn down this road. Stay on the Highway, but pull over to the right hand shoulder and begin to slow down. Look for the blue & white sign indicating " Wild Water Adventures".

  5. PLEASE NOTE: For your safety please allow all traffic to clear before making the left turn down our short driveway where you will immediately see our RiverBase.

    Driving Times & Distances Allow about 45 minutes from Lake Louise (56km or 34˝ miles) & 1hour 25 minutes from Banff (115km or 71½ miles) & 2 hours 45 minutes from Calgary.
