A. Application
1.Y class travel on international and domestic sectors within ASEAN countries defined as Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore,Thailand,Vietnam) on the services of  ASEAN carriers BI / GA / MH / MI / PR / QV / SQ / TG / VN/ 8M Exceptions:-
     i)  Domestic travel within Myanmar/Laos/Cambodia/Vietnam is not permitted.
     ii)  Domestic travel wholly within one ASEAN country is not permitted.
2.All travel must originate and terminate in the same country.
3.Travel via country of  origin is not permitted.
B. Fares        
- Must purchase a minimum of 3 flight coupons.  Maximum number of flight coupons a passenger can purchase is 5 coupons. 
- Coupons for surface sectors shall not be counted.

ELIGIBILITY : No  requirement

SEASONALITY : No restriction

Not valid on GA 9000 series flights GA 846/847/848/849 for SIN-BPN v.v.
Not valid on MH 9000 series flights
Not valid on SQ 5000 series flights
Not valid on TG 3000 – 5000 series flights

Not valid on PR specific flight numbers as follows:
MNL-BKI v.v. not valid on PR 703 / 702 
MNL-KUL v.v. not valid on PR 703 / 705 / 807 / 702 / 704 / 806
MNL-KCH v.v. not valid on PR 807 / 806
CEB-BKI v.v. not valid on PR 709 / 708
CEB-KUL v.v. not valid on PR 709 / 708 

A. Travel on any sector is restricted to once in each direction. 
B. Departure from any city is limited to twice only.

RESERVATIONS AND TICKETING
A.Reservations

1. All flight segments must be confirmed at the time of ticket purchase.
2. Booking class:-
   BI -   V
   GA - N (International) , L (Domestic) 
   MH - Y (within Malaysia and between Malaysia and Singapore / Brunei), Q (International sectors)
   PR - B 
   SQ / MI - K
   TG - V (International), M (Domestic) 
   VN - N
   8M - B
   QV - M

B.Ticketing

1. Tickets must be issued on participating ASEAN carriers ticket. Fare calculation box must reflect only total amount collected.
2. Apply following fare basis codes : YCASEAN3/ YCASEAN4/ YCASEAN5 as appropriate.

MINIMUM STAY : 5 days

MAXIMUM STAY : 1 month

STOPOVER : Only 1 stopover is permitted at any city except that stopover is not permitted at the point of origin.

TRANSFER

1. 1 transit is allowed at the point of origin or destination or any city in the event a sector is not serviced by an ASEAN carrier.
2. Travel from a stopover city via a transit city and from the transit city to the next en-route city shall be counted as 2 flight coupons.

CONSTRUCTIONS AND COMBINATIONS : Open-jaw is permitted only at country of origin. Surface sector within a country is permitted at passenger own expense. 

TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS : All travel must commence within the period 01January 2007 and 30 November 2007.

SALES RESTRICTIONS
A.Advertising & Sales Ticket sales will be from 26 December 2006.
B.Extension of Validity Not permitted.

PENALTIES
A.Refund for Cancellation and No-show

1. Prior to commencement of travel – 50% of the fare shall be forfeited.
2. After travel has commenced – No refund.

B.Rebooking and Rerouting

1. Rebooking – permitted without charge.
2. Rerouting – not permitted.

TOUR CONDUCTORS DISCOUNTS : Not permitted.

AGENT DISCOUNTS :  Not permitted.
