Grand Café Oktogon belongs decidedly among the more upmarket establishments, as it is easy to tell from the location, decor, menu and prices. The heavy leather seats and wooden furniture might be oppressive elsewhere but here they simply do justice to the high ceilings and grand pillars. You don`t just sit here, you have your own throne. The feeling is confirmed when one of the waiting staff, all uniformly clad in black, comes to the table.
