   Refund Policy

We will refund 50% of invoice amount to our clients who can't receive their bags in 21days when tracking numbers are effective.(The clients can receive goods in 3-5 days since tracking number is effective, but sometimes the customs will hold the goods for 15-20 days).

Due to our overseas shipping cost, We do not accept refunds unless there is a defect in the bag that makes it unusable. We are more than fair and will honor your request ,if it is within reason, we will be glad to oblige you with a creative solution such as crediting your account or by exchanging your item. Please make sure you ask all questions regarding the items before you purchase, I will be more then happy to explain all details regarding the craftsmanship of the bags.
