TO MAKE A BOOKING / ENQUIRIES
Please fill in the INQUIRY FORM / BOOKING FORM with all details that we need to process your request or your reservation.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
All reservations will be replied within 24 hours by our (Indonesia) time. To confirm the booking shall be guaranteed with your valid credit card with detail as follows :
· Credit card number
· Name of Card Holder
· Validity date
· Issuer Bank of Credit Card
· Passport number
· 3 last digits number written on the back cover of Visa / Master Card
· Those details shall be faxed to + 62.361.752 467

ROOM RATES
All rates are quoted in US Dollar per room per night, unless specified others. There will be high season surcharge during July, August, September, December and January (subject to hotel’s high season surcharge written on our web hotel page).

PAYMENT PROCEDURES
* All payment by credit card will be converted into local currency using the exchange rate on the date of billing.
* 2.5 % credit card fee will be applied for credit card payment.
* The credit card will be used to guarantee the reservation and will be charged if there is any cancellation.
* All payment will be collected by our representative upon arrival in Bali (if you have arrival transfer) or Payment will be collected by our   representative a day after check in at the hotel. Payment will be not collected by the hotel.
* We do accept Cash Payment in US Dollars, Australian Dollars, Japanese Yen, Euro.
* Hotel voucher will be issued once the credit card detail is received and will be sent to the hotel directly.

CANCELLATION POLICY
· To cancel or amend the booking please use the previous correspondence.
· One night room charge will be applied for any cancellation within 10 days prior to arrival date.
· During high season, one night room charge will be applied for any cancellation within 30 days prior to the arrival date.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TRANSFER
· Our representative will meet you outside of the International Arrival hall with your name on the sign board.
· All informations regarding to the departure transfer will be collected upon arrival in Bali.
