Each member’s personal Award Nominee List can contain up to five names, and additions or changes can be completed instantly online.
If your account does not contain sufficient miles for your preferred Award, miles can be purchased to top-up your account up to a maximum of 30,000 miles.
Selected Awards, including Air Awards in Thailand and Hotel Awards can be redeemed instantly online, and you can update your Nominee List, at Manage Your Account.
