Day delegate rate

This includes:

• conference room hire and equipment hire;
• tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival;
• mid-morning tea, coffee and biscuits;
• sandwich lunch served with orange juice and water;
• afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits.

Half-day delegate rate

This includes:

• conference room hire and equipment hire;
• sandwich lunch served with orange juice and water;
• tea, coffee and biscuits at mid-morning or afternoon.

Equipment hire

This includes:

• computer, screen, DVD, video, LCD projector, microphones, 2 x flip charts, delegate paper and pens.

Room capacities and layouts

All conference room capacities detailed below are for theatre-style layout. Other layouts available include boardroom, U-shape and Classroom, however, total capacities will vary.
