We recently returned from beautiful British Columbia and we are already planning to go back! Our travel consultant, Genevieve Kozma, planned and managed our eight days/seven nights “exhilarating” itinerary, from “ATV-ing” in the wilderness around Ladysmith, cocktail hour at the most fun floating restaurant/bar, the Dinghy Dock Pub, off the coast of Nanaimo, experiencing the beauty of the Pacific Ocean and the West Coast towns of Tofino and Ucluelet to kayaking with orcas in the Johnstone Strait! We went to BC not knowing anything about the region and we returned feeling almost like a local, eh? Genevieve’s attention to detail is extraordinary and even made lunch and dinner reservations for us at the quaintest restaurants along the way! Genevieve is an expert on B.C. but she is even better at understanding her client’s needs and catering to them. My husband and I are seasoned travelers and I have to say that we have never experienced more impeccable and creative service from a travel consultant and firm. Our trip was a success and certainly unforgettable thanks to Genevieve Kozma and her team at Escapades West.
