Starting in 1996, Alexa Internet has been donating their crawl data to the Internet Archive. Flowing in every day, these data are added to the Wayback Machine after an embargo period.
The BF2 upgrade forced an upgrade of our usage stats utilities. I have updated them to use qstat which seems to be updated quickly when a new stats protocol or game comes out.
We have updated the GCI BF2 server to 1.3, although it looks like an update to 1.4 is in the works at EA as lots of people are reporting issues with 1.3.
GCI has updated the BF2 server to version 1.12 which will require that you update your clients to the same version in order to connect. The client update will be posted in the DOWNLOADS section for quicker download.
We have added BF2 to games-1 (209.165.174.115)!
Its on the default port and is the latest version. I dont have management graphs up yet but I will be working on those.
GCI has opened up access to the GCI game servers to all users. Now you can play against anybody in the world and finaly enjoy the "low ping" advantage that the Seattle guys have been loving for years!
