Funding Your Account with a UK Debit Card

How to Use Your Switch, Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron or Delta Card at Absolute Poker

1. Log in to Absolute Poker
2. Go to the Cashier in the Main Lobby.
3. Click on Deposit at the bottom of the Cashier window.
4. Click on the UK Debit Card payment option.
5. Select your card type; enter your Card number, expiration and the 3-digit Credit card Verification Number (CVN) found on the back of your card. (See image below).
   
6. For Switch and Solo Cards, you will be prompted to enter your Start Date and your Issue Number.
7. Type in the amount you wish to deposit in US Dollars (e.g. 100.00) and the amount will be converted to the most current available exchange rate.
8. The amount shown in GBP is the amount that will be billed to your card.
9. Click Submit and within a few moments you will receive confirmation.

When using your UK Debit Card, the minimum deposit is $50 and the maximum is $500 per day, $1,500 per week, and $2,000 per month.

Funding Your Account with ePassporte

About ePassporte
The ePassporte Virtual Visa is a pre-paid and re-loadable online card. Use your ePassporte Virtual Visa to make purchases online anywhere Visa is accepted (or transfer funds to other ePassporte account holders). Your Virtual Visa transactions are safe and can even be made with complete anonymity if you choose.

How do I get an ePassporte Virtual Visa?

1. Login to Absolute Poker
2. Click on 'Cashier' and select 'Deposit'
3. Under the ePassporte option, click on 'Sign Up Now'
4. You will be routed to ePassporte. Click continue
5. Sign up with ePassporte by submitting all of the information requested (be sure to write down your new ePassporte 'username' and password for future use). Press continue to open the account.
6. Enter your credit card information and press 'I Accept'.
7. You will receive a 'Successful' message once the information you've entered is validated.
8. You will then be redirected through ePassporte to the Absolute Poker cashier, click on 'click here'
9. Enter the amount you wish to deposit
10. On the ePassporte page, enter the ePassporte 'username'. Please note that the 'username' you enter here should be the one you just created at the ePassporte site.
11. On the next page, you will see a code in the shaded portion. Enter this code in the appropriate field (this is to ensure the security of your transactions), enter your ePassporte password and click on the 'confirm payment' link.
12. On the next screen you will get the "Order Approved" message, click on continue. This will take you back to the 'cashier'. From here, you can return to the lobby and begin playing!

If you already have an ePassporte account, you can use it by following these instructions:

1. Log in to Absolute Poker
2. Click on the 'Cashier' button and select 'Deposit'
3. Under the ePassporte option, select 'Deposit'
4. Enter your ePassporte account information

Withdrawing Funds

If you used NETeller to make a deposit, Absolute Poker will automatically credit your withdrawal back to the same account that was used to deposit.  Please note that the minimum withdrawal at Absolute Poker is $50 and you must have made an initial deposit before having access to request a withdrawal.

Due to recent policy changes made by MasterCard & Visa, we can no longer credit withdrawals back to your credit card.  We process all withdrawals via NETeller, Click2Pay, EPassporte, Instadebit, Money Bookers, ATM online or by check.  Absolute Poker processes withdrawal requests within 48 hours.

Checks requested via Regular Courier will be delivered within 15 business days with a fee of $8USD that will be deducted from your available balance.  Checks requested via Express Courier will be delivered within 72 business hours of their processing date with a fee of $25USD. Please be aware that your available balance at the moment of the request must be able to cover both the shipping fee plus the amount being cashed out. If you live in the United Kingdom or Canada, your check will be issued in your local currency at the most current exchange rate available

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until at least 48 hours has passed since your last deposit was made.  Requests equal or greater than $3,000 will be required to submit a valid form of identification along with a physical/billing address.  In special cases, we may require additional information from you before your cash out can be processed.

Please note that if you are making a withdrawal during, or 12 hours prior to the beginning of a promotion, you will not receive a bonus for re-deposited funds during that promotional period.

Transferring Funds

Yes! You may transfer real money from your account to a friends account very easily! From the main lobby, select "My Account". From "My Account", select "Cashier" and then "Account Transfer". Simply enter the nickname of the player you wish to transfer funds to and the amount of the transfer and you're set! All transfers are reviewed by our security department before they are processed, so they will not occur instantly. All transfers are final and we will only reverse transfers if approved by the recipient.

The minimum transfer is $10.00 and you must leave a minimum of $25.00 in your account after the transfer is made. The maximum amount you may transfer per week is $2,500. If you have any questions or wish to transfer more than the maximum, please email Cashier@AbsolutePoker.com.
