     Alaska Rainbow Trout fishing on the Alagnak river in 2006 was nothing short of fantastic after our spring run Wild Alaska Rainbow Trout caught in the Alagnak River Alaska Trout Picturesoff subsided the trout fishing went crazy.  We have a very strong resident population of Wild Alaska Trout mainly due to the continued strong salmon runs over the past 10 years. Over 4 million total Salmon entered  the Alagnak River in 06.  Alaska Trophy Adventures lodge offers Alaska Fishing for trout  the way it should be{ catching Alaska Trout not just fishing }  During our prime Trout fishing season in June, July, August and early Sept   Anglers averaged 15-20 fish landed daily with our top anglers landing 27 inch wild Alaska Rainbow Trout caught August 2004 Alagnak River35-40 fish per day.  King Salmon-Sockeye Salmon -Chum Salmon-Pink Salmon and Silver Salmon.  If your looking for one of Alaska's best Trout fishing rivers than the Alagnak River is a serious contender as one of the all time top Trout and Salmon rivers in the world.

Best Alaska Trout Location  We are located 6 miles downstream from the confluence of two of Alaska's premier Trout rivers the Nonvianuk and Kukaklek they form the Alagnak. Our main lodge sits right in the heart of the world famous Braids of the upper Alagnak. 90 % of our Trout fishing is less than 15 minutes by jet boat from the lodge. And there is no fly-out lodge access within 30 miles of us so no crowded fishing.

Alaska Trout fishing Season opens June 8th and runs till mid September on the Alagnak River, During June we offer exciting  top water action fly fishing mouse patterns and dry flies along with swinging streamers for the giants dropping out of the lake before the salmon show up.
