24 Hour emergency support via pager can be reached by Sending an AlphaNumeric Page to pager@novid.net Please keep the body of the message as brief as possible.
Note: Emergency support is to allow you as a customer to notify us of server configuration problems. If you use this support method for questions or requests, Novid reserves the right to bill you for consulting services.

Note: We cannot provide support for your dial-up connection. Please direct modem dial-up support questions to your ISP.
