We've compiled a list of resources to help you with your questions and any problems you may encounter using Novid's services:

If you cannot find the answer to your question with one of these on-line resources, there are several ways of reaching us directly:

  • E-mail to support@novid.net is responded to immediately whenever possible. Please use this method whenever possible, describing the problem in detail, giving any relevent error messages and which service(s) are involved.
  • Telephone support is available between the hours of 10am and 6pm ET by calling (978)386-7786 or (508)867-7773.
  • 24 Hour emergency support via pager can be reached by Sending an AlphaNumeric Page to pager@novid.net Please keep the body of the message as brief as possible.

    Note: Emergency support is to allow you as a customer to notify us of server configuration problems. If you use this support method for questions or requests, Novid reserves the right to bill you for consulting services.


Note: We cannot provide support for your dial-up connection. Please direct modem dial-up support questions to your ISP.
