Sexual Exploitation of Children

In 1996 the U.S. Congress established the Exploited Child Unit (ECU) within the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). The ECU serves as a resource center for the public, parents, law enforcement, and others about the issues surrounding the sexual exploitation of children.
