Shipping Information & Policies
Shipping Costs: The shipping charges you pay are well discounted from the actual cost of shipping from our local Fedex Office. Check the chart below for sample shipping charges as well as how much you can save by ordering in quantities of 10 lbs. and above. The shipping charge for each order is based on the final product weight of your order. To reflect the policies of the carriers we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. |

Tracking Your Shipment: To Track your Package go to: Federal Express.com or type your Federal Express tracking number into a google search box, press enter, and it will display a link to your tracking results. Shipping Confirmations: Shipping confirmations are available for any order that was submitted with an email address. Once you have placed the order an email confirmation will be immediately sent to you confirming the order details. On the day your package actually ships from our facility we will email you another notification with your tracking details. This email will include links for you to click on to track your shipment. You can also call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 (have your tracking number handy when calling for tracking results) and use their automated system to hear the current status of your shipment. We are also able to offer you assistance with tracking your shipment, call us at 1-800-982-2377 and we will gladly track your shipment for you. Shipping Schedule - Order Processing: Please use the chart below to determine the day that your order will be shipped. If you have any questions or are unable to figure out the shipping day for your order please call our office at 1-800-982-2377 and we will be happy to assist you.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses: Recycling our Package Materials: There are several options available to you for recycling the packaging material you received with your shipment.
Weather Delays, Act's of God & your shipment: Occasionally we do experience weather delays with our local Fedex office. In the case of any delay with the shipping of your package we will notify you as soon as possible with an update on the status of your shipment. If your order was not shipped we will contact you to reschedule the shipment for a date convenient for you or your recipient to receive. For delays or damages resulting from "Act's of God" neither E.K.S. nor our Carrier, Federal Express, will be held responsible. Undeliverable Packages & Missing, Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is deemed undeliverable due to address issues we will immediately attempt to contact you and/or the recipient using the information you provided with your order. If we are unable to contact you or the recipient and are unable to resolve the issue ourselves then neither E.K.S. nor FedEx will be held responsible for products loss, shipping charges or damages. Shipping Restrictions: We can not ship to APO/FPO, P.O. Box's, Rural Route's & destinations outside the U.S.A. If you are unsure if your address can be shipped to please contact us prior to placing your order at 1-800-982-2377 and we will be happy to assist you with an address verification. Using your own Fedex Account: Please call us at 1-800-982-2377 for information on using your Fedex account number. We do not accept 3rd party Federal Express
