I am having an Estate SALE of my parents things and ran across an old spoon which has PERSHING on it and a high relief of the general's head. Anyone know anything about it or its value? I know he is the General most often mentioned when talking about World WarI.

i am intruged by this informal matter,im not quite sure that you can use spoons in sexual nature,its a scientifict fact and it has been proved by over 47 people,do not use spoon in inappropiate manners,they are for spoon lovers not for spoon excitement

I have a beautiful collection of Michelson Spoon/Fork sets. They are a
Christmas series, one per year starting in 1950 throught 1974. They are
sterling with gold coating and unique enamel handles. They are dated,
and signed/marked by the artist that designed the handle of that year.
They are in perfect condition. I am missing one year in the series- 1955-
but I also have 2 sets for 1972. I would love to sell the collection, and I
have a display table that I would be happy to throw in for free if the entire
collection is purchased.
The sets are appraised at $150-$250 each. I am willing to sell the entire
collection for $3,500 with the table.

I have a collection of 5 hershey chocolate pewter spoons from a set in a spoon box (not original box) each is different hershey choc..crackle....reeses PB cup...dark choc...hersheys almond ...no visible markings been on multi sites looking for maker and yrs of these ...picked them up in an antique shop ..no idea of value or origin??? I have a set of 6 'Apostle' spoons in their original case. Circa early 1900's. Apporoximately 1916. Made in England. All 6 in excellent condition, and I am trying to find the value of the collection. Does anyone out there have any idea's or can let me know where I can find out?

I have a set of six spoons that have been in my family for generations,
and the letter that is with them, says that they were made from silver
dollars that were hidden in a well during the Revolutionary War. Does

I have a sterling silver teaspoon made by the A.Stowell & Co. silversmiths in Boston, MA USA sometime between 1866 & 1906. It has a hinged top and fashioned to hold tea and allow water to circulate through the spoon shaped compartment. The spoon is quite handsome but not overly ornate. The pattern of openings of the base and lid are identical. Any ideas about the collectability and value of this piece. It is in good condition and the hinge and closing clasp work perfectly. Thanks

I have an old fork and spoon and would like to find out a little about them. These spoons have Italy stamped on the back of the handle. They both have a small child on top of the handle,engraving down the handle to the spoon or fork part, then it has the face of a king or something.Then in the spoon part, it has some type of symbol with a crown on top. Also on the back of the fork there is some word that is about worn off. It is montagn???, this may or may not be right. Then I have three smaller spoon that have a horse on top of the handle and one with a lion with a crown on his head. Please let me know any information you may have and I may sell them. thank you

I have been bequithed a set of silver plated teaspoons in original box. They have a cab of a lorry on top with general motors stamped underneath. Can anyone tell me if they are of any value.

i have some spoons and know nothing about them one is Then one is welbeck on the back with Ac and A1 stamp one is gladwin ltd then an X?and B stamp and on the front of the handle a crude horse and headless knight with K.O.T.R. underneath one is mappen & webb with an A stamp and an O stamp one is smallwood torquay with 5 small stamps saying E P N S A1 one is smallwood & son torquay A1 probably rubbish but would like to more about them please kirsty38982.7848148148

I have what appears to be quite an old caddy spoon [if I am interpreting the hall marks correctly from information gleaned of the internet - Chester hall mark 1772 sterling silver] with a ship / boat on the handle. I'm not sure what it is worth or if anyone would be interested in purchasing it.

I would like to find the worth of a spoon I found on a War of 1812 Battlefield before it became a historic site. This spoon came from the Officers mess at Fort Gadsten in Florida. The spoon has scroll work and it says 'Rodgers Nickel Silver'. Can anybody help me?

If I had known that this site allows content in the posts, such as I received in answer to my question, I'd have never posted the question in the first place. I posted what I thought was a viable question, and got a smart azz reply. I don't know or care what you do with your collections, whether it be sppons, coins, etc. But to suggest that I have half a collection that has been used in a sexual function.........way way out of line. i'm looking for a teaspoon which has a nativty scene in the bowl, the handle is in the shape of a chimney and has a young boy looking up it, is isn't painted and has the year 1977 across the top if anyone has one and is interested in selling it please get in touch, thanks jo
