Welcome to Legal Services
The Legal Services series of Framework Agreements (formerly L-Cat or Legal Catalogue) were established in collaboration with the Treasury Solicitors Department and the Department for Education and Skills. It is a new and innovative arrangement offering easy access to external legal services. It comprises a number of Framework Agreements and is available to Central Civil Government Departments and Agencies.
