Does ADster use a FlatRate or CPC ad monetization system?
ADster's system is unique in that it utilizes a hybrid (CPC-2-FlatRate)
advertising monetization system. The CPC-2-FlatRate system makes it easy for
Advertisers to "test" and determine where their Text Ads perform the best on
a CPC basis, before purchasing premium flat-rate Ads. The system allows
Publishers to display pay-per-click ADs in all available ADster network
panels that are not completely filled with premium flat-rate ADs. The ADster
system automatically optimizes the rotation favoring the best performing
ad/Publisher combinations. ADster encourages Advertisers to utilize the
CPC-2-FlatRate option to identify the most effective ADster Panels prior to
purchasing premium flat-rate Ads.
Will the ADster code in my page slow down my users load time?
No. We have developed a large server farm with superior redundancy and load
balancing. ADster is able to overcome bandwidth limitations by having fast,
reliable IP connectivity to the Internet within all major metropolitan
areas-all over our bandwidth provider's optical Internet long-haul backbone.
How do I get started?
Create a free account, then just insert a small line of text (less than 100
characters) into your website one time. We do everything else.
How much does it cost?
It is FREE to set up an account.
How much do I get paid?
We take a small percentage of revenue earned 25%, with the majority 75%
going to the publisher.
How much work do I have to do to publish the ads?
You only need to insert a small line of text (less than 100 characters) into
your website one time. We do everything else. You will never need to upload
anything else to your website from us, ever.
How can I make sure that only 'good' text ads are displayed on my website?
No FlatRate ads will run on your website, unless you personally approve them
first. You have complete control. You can customize the filters for CPC
Network ads, if you choose to display them on your site.
How much do advertisers pay to display their text ads on my website?
You set the price for FlatRate ads. We will make suggestions, but ultimately
it is your decision. Think of it like eBay for text ads.
Can I use ADster with other ad programs?
We can produce more revenue for publishers in most cases, but we do not
require exclusivity. ADster can be used as a standalone or an incremental
add-on to other programs. Incremental add-ons are made easy by being able to
dedicate any size space on any page to the ADster program, from small (1
text ad) to large ad blocks (8 text ads).
Should I run CPC or FlatRate?
You can serve CPC or/and FlatRate ads, it's your choice! Once the most
effective ADster Panels have been identified by an Advertiser using CPC,
they can buy and place targeted contextual ADs on your website in minutes by
converting the CPC bids to flat-rate offers. Using a flat-rate system
protects the Advertiser from being over-charged by possible click fraud and
guarantees the Publisher receives payment from the Advertiser, regardless of
the action taken by the customer visiting the Publisher's website. ADster
manages all monies exchanged between Advertisers and Publishers (credit
cards, Paypal, echecks, wire transfers).
Do I need to enter into a long term contract?
No, use our service for a day or years.
What is an ADster Panel?
An ADster Panel is the block of text ad space that is displayed on your
website. You can customize your ADster Panel to complement your website's
design. Integrate your ADster Panel seamlessly into your website. We simply
manage your text ad program in the background. That is why we do not place
our logo or company name on your ADster Panel or website.
What is displayed in my ADster Panel when I don't have any ads to display?
CPC Network ads are displayed on your panel if you elect to run CPC ads. You
get paid 75% on the click revenue and you can choose the types of ads that
are allowed to run on your site.
How do I approve the FlatRate ads so they will be displayed on my website?
We send you an email. You login and click on accept, accept with edits or
reject. We do the rest.
