Rivers, formerly the Wilderness Trekker, is located on the banks of the Little Schuylkill River in New Ringgold, Pennsylvania. Owners Joe DeMarkis and Jim Reitnauer will continue to provide the same service and Orvis products that they have in the past while adding new services, new products, and expanding the selection fly fishing travel destinations. One exciting addition will be our new online store which will be opened very soon to offer a great selection of fly fishing gear and fly tying materials online. Our goal is to provide anglers with a level of service and high quality products and services that are just not possible by the big box stores.

FROM PHILADELPHIA AREA

* Take the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Interstate 476).
* Continue on the Northeast Extension to the Lehigh Valley Exit (Exit #56).
* Take US-22 West.
* Follow directions for the Lehigh Valley Area.



FROM LEHIGH VALLEY AREA

ROUTE "A":

* Take US-22 West to PA-309 Exit.
* Exit onto PA-309 North.
* Continue on Route 309 North to Route 895 West in the town of Snyders.
(NOTE: You will encounter PA-895 East on the right. Continue on 309 to the town of Snyders.)
* Turn left onto Route 895 South.
* Continue on Route 895 into New Ringgold.
* At the 3-way stop sign intersection in New Ringgold, continue straight through the intersection.
* Wilderness Trekker is located about 100 to 200 yards ahead on the left at the near end of the bridge crossing the Little Schuylkill River.
* Prior to crossing the Little Schuylkill River, turn left into the parking lot at the Wilderness Trekker.


ROUTE "B":

* Take US-22 West. (NOTE: US-22 will merge with Interstate 78.)
* Continue west on I-78/US-22 to Route 61 at Hamburg (Exit 30).
* At exit 30, exit from I-78 onto Route 61 West.
* Continue on Route 61 West through Port Clinton to the traffic light at the intersection of Routes 61 and 895.
* Turn right onto Route 895 East.
* Continue on Route 895 to New Ringgold.
* Cross the Little Schuylkill River as you enter New Ringgold.
* Immediately after crossing the bridge, turn right into the Wilderness Trekker parking lot.



FROM SCRANTON/WILKES BARRE AREA

* Take I-81 South to Exit 138 for SR-309.
* Bear right on the exit ramp onto SR-309 South.
* Continue on SR-309 to the intersection with PA-443 (Clamtown Road).
* Turn right onto PA-443.
* Continue on PA-443 into New Ringgold to intersection with PA-895.
* At the 3-way stop sign intersection in New Ringgold, turn right onto PA-895/443.
* Wilderness Trekker is located about 100 to 200 yards ahead on the left at the near end of the bridge crossing the Little Schuylkill River.
* Prior to crossing the Little Schuylkill River, turn left into the parking lot at the Wilderness Trekker.



FROM HARRISBURG AREA

* Take Interstate 81 North.
* At Exit 89, take the I-78 East ramp.
* Continue on I-78 East to the intersection with PA-61 in Hamburg.
* Take Exit 29 to PA-61 West.
* Bear right onto PA-61.
* Continue on PA-61 through Port Clinton.
* Bear right onto PA-895 East.
* Continue on Route 895 to New Ringgold.
* Cross the Little Schuylkill River as you enter New Ringgold.
* Immediately after crossing the bridge, turn right into the Wilderness Trekker parking lot.



FROM BALTIMORE, MARYLAND

* Take I-83 North to the Maryland/Pennsylvania state border.
* Continue north on I-83 to I-81 North.
* Take Interstate 81 North.
* At Exit 89, take the I-78 East ramp.
* Continue on I-78 East to the intersection with PA-61 in Hamburg.
* Take Exit 29 to PA-61 West.
* Bear right onto PA-61.
* Continue on PA-61 through Port Clinton.
* Bear right onto PA-895 East.
* Continue on Route 895 to New Ringgold.
* Cross the Little Schuylkill River as you enter New Ringgold.
* Immediately after crossing the bridge, turn right into the Wilderness Trekker parking lot.



FROM NEW YORK CITY AREA


ROUTE "A":

* Take Interstate I-78 West through New Jersey to it’s junction with PA-309.
* Continue on I-78/PA-309 to Exit 53 where the two highways split.
* Exit onto PA-309 North (Exit 53).
* Continue on Route 309 North to Route 895 West in the town of Snyders.
(NOTE: You will encounter PA-895 East on the right. Continue on 309 to the town of Snyders.)
* Turn left onto Route 895 South.
* Continue on Route 895 into New Ringgold.
* At the 3-way stop sign intersection in New Ringgold, continue straight through the intersection.

OLO is a convenient location for the Allentown or Philly angler and we are just minutes from several quality streams such as the Little Lehigh and Monocacy Creek.
