The Multi-Modal Walker

Walking is an ideal form of commuting to and from work if you live within a reasonable distance of your job. If you live too far to walk all the way, try walking to the bus stop or walk to meet your carpool partner. Doctors recommend that we get about 30 minutes of regular exercise each day, and walking to work is a good way to fit exercise into your schedule.
