Caribou Hunting locations
Our
keys to success are Location! Location! Location! and not over hunting our area
as we Operate 3 separate camps in addition to the main lodge to accommodate our
Caribou hunters. Usually 4 hunters will hunt from the main lodge and the others
fly to remote Caribou outcamps.
We hunt the largest and most consistent herd of Caribou in
Alaska and are flying daily throughout our area to keep o n
top of our Caribou herds. We have hunted the same location
for 30 years and they have come every year like clock
work with the first migration starting August 1or 2nd
crossing the Colville River
and
heading south
across the Brooks range through numerous mountain passes.
The key to Caribou hunting is being mobile and able to move camps if necessary
to intercept the migrating herd. 60% of our Caribou are shot within 3 miles
