Rates
- $120.00 per night, quoted and charged in Canadian dollars.
- All rates are based on 1 night's accommodation for max. 2 people (add $15.00 per extra person per night to a maximum of 4) and includes a fresh and delicious assortment of breakfast goodies in your well stocked fridge so you can self cater your own breakfast.

Payment
- 1 night's rental will be charged to your credit card at time of booking.
- By booking a room with your credit card you agree that you are in fact purchasing your accommodations in advance in accordance with the policies listed herein as opposed to guaranteeing your booking with your credit card.
- The balance of your stay will be charged to your credit card 10 days before your check-in date.
- Stays of 1 week, or more, must be paid in full at time of reservation and there are no refunds of any type under any circumstances.
- Visa accepted.
Cancellation Policy
We issue transferable gift certificates for the full
value of your payment, in lieu of a refund, for all cancellations made at least
10 days prior to check-in. Please consider travel insurance.

Vacation Rental Reservation and Cancellation Policies
Minimum 3 nights stay.
Our suite can be booked as a Vacation Rental
(without breakfast goodies being provided) at any time of the year and we
encourage our longer staying clients to choose this option and provide them
with discounted rates. The well equiped kitchenette has a microwave,
convection oven, range top, toaster, mini-fridge, kitchen sink, cutlery,
dishes, coffee-maker and kettle. A gas BBQ is located on your patio.
Rates
- $100.00 per night (minimum 3 nights) for max of 2 people (add $10.00 per extra person per night to a maximum of 4).
- Weekly rates are $600.00 (based on double occupany).
