Altaviser Communications is a Canadian corporation that owns and operates a network of websites.  First established in year 2000, the company focused initially on streaming media, news sites and search engines.  It then launched a series of instructional sites related to website design, development and emerging Internet technologies.  In the recent past, a series of travel sites were launched.
