A Ranger explains his experiences with mountains lions during a Ranger Program.
  • Explore a marble cave (no self-guided tours).
  • Tour or stay in a National Historic Landmark, the Oregon Caves Chateau.
  • Discover the four hiking trails through the ancient forests on the Monument.
  • Participate in Ranger Programs and understand more about wildlife and plants on the Monument.
  • Earn a Junior Ranger Badge and help protect and preserve the Monument.
Early explores of Oregon Caves used candles to find their way.  

Did You Know?
When visitors came to Oregon Caves in the late 1800's they had to explore the cave by candle light. You can still experience Oregon Caves this on the candle light tour offered 7:00 pm nightly during summer.
