Villa Bayram is set on a quiet country lane about 8 minutes walk away from Dalyan centre. Unique in the village, this luxurious and spacious private villa is built with special stone imported from Cappodocia, which keeps it cool in summer and warm in winter. The open views of the nearby mountains are especially stunning in the evening when the sun sets, and the three balconies and terrace area are perfect to enjoy pre-dinner drinks and views.   The large open plan kitchen and lounge is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and full oven. The feature fireplace makes this a perfect place to enjoy cooler months. The lounge opens onto  a lovely large terrace overlooking a kidney shaped swimming pool with pale green marble surround and a separate children’s pool which also doubles as a jacuzzi for the adults in the evening. There are three large bedrooms on the first floor, one double and two twins (each with a balcony overlooking the grounds) and a large family bathroom. The second floor houses the large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and whirlpool bath and has a large balcony overlooking the gardens, the mountains and Lake Koycegiz in the distance.
