Inc. Placing an Order To place a wedding favors order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping cart and enter your credit card information. If you would like to place an order by phone, please call us toll free at 1-866-5-FAVORS. If you have questions regarding any of our products and services, you can email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at info@favorsforever.com. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by weight. Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of California (7.25%). This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Carlsbad, California. All other states and countries are tax-exempt. Order Processing

Please allow an extra 2 weeks for us to process orders placed by money order. RETURN POLICY FOR NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS All requests for refunds must be communicated to us within 7 days of receiving the order. There is a 20% handling and re-stocking charge on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Your order must be returned in its originally boxed condition. Please contact us before doing so, so that we may give you return shipping instructions.
