To book your flight on-line, just follow our simple 6 steps which are (1) Search, (2) Availability, (3) Fares, (4) Trip Plan, (5) Ticketing, and (6) Booking Confirmation
Search: On the first page, use the drop down list to select flight origin, flight destination, and departure date. If it is a round trip journey, click on the checkbox to indicate round trip and specify the return date. If you want to travel to various destinations in one trip you may click on the "Multiple Cities" checkbox to make your reservation. Next, select type of passenger for your companions if any. At the end, click on "Check now" button to get into "Availability" page.
Availability: The Availability page illustrates flight schedules to be selected for your trip. Click to select flight, and select restricted low fare or unrestricted fare. Restricted low fares are promotion fare or cheap fare with restricted fare conditions that are available from time to time where as unrestricted fares are normal full fares with more flexible fare conditions. To get the promotion fare, "Restricted Low Fare" must always be selected. Then select cabin class. Please note that the cabin class you can book must be available and indicates as "yes". Finally, click on the "Select" button to get into the "Fares" page.
Fares: The "Fares" page displays the details of your reservation, fares, and your last day to ticket. Please note that "Last day to Ticket" warning is applied when you choose to purchase paper ticket only and thus your reservation will be automatically canceled if ticket is not purchased within such deadline. You may also approximately view this fare in another currency by filling in the currency code ( shown in the icon beneath ) and clicking on the "Convert" button. At the end, click on "Book this Fare" button. The system will display "My Profile" page asking you to fill in your Traveller ID and Password. For new user, you have to create your traveller profile by clicking at "NEW USER". After verification of your Traveller ID and Password, your name and relevant information as indicated in the profile will be reflected for your reservation on this page and displayed as traveller 1. Your are required to fill in the information of other passengers ( if any ) at least in the bold fields which are mandatory items. Please note that special meal will be provided on the international flights only. Make sure you enter Royal Orchid Plus membership numbers for other travellers otherwise their miles will not be accrued. At the end, click on "Continue" button to get into Trip Plan page.
Trip Plan : Trip Plan page displays the passenger details and generic seat preference (default as non-smoking). You are also required to check the conditions relating to the fares, the terms and conditions, and disclaimers, and confirm that you agree by clicking on the checkbox. Finally, click on "Continue" button to get into the Ticketing page.
Ticketing: The Ticketing page displays Delivery Options, Payment Methods and Name of Your Travel.

You may select either to purchase paper ticket at THAI city office in the country where the journey commences no later than the date indicated in "Last day to Ticket" warning or purchase your electronic ticket on-line. Please note that electronic ticket can be applied providing that all your selected flights are displayed in the "Availability" page with electronic ticket candidate indicator. |

If you have selected to collect your ticket at THAI office later on, you are required to click on "Pay no later than 72 hours after booking is made except as otherwise stated in the "Last day to Ticket".
If you have selected to purchase electronic ticket on-line, you are required to click on "Charge my credit card", then select the card in drop down list, and fill in your credit card number, expiry date, and your name as appeared on the card. Please note that the owner of such credit card used for such payment are required to travel as booked otherwise it will result in denied boarding of all passengers in the record. |

At the end of the Details page, click on "Confirm" to finish your reservation.
Booking Confirmation: The Booking Confirmation page notifies that your reservation is successfully created with details of confirmation code, all passengers’ names, as well as flight itinerary. You may also see trip plan details by clicking on "Display Trip Details". The confirmation message will also be sent to your e-mail address.You are recommended to print out your trip plan details for your reference.
