| 1. How do I access the conference Web Manager? |

To access a conference web manager:

| 2. What controls can the conference Web Manager handle? |
You can control the conference call in real-time from the Web Manager. By clicking on each option within the conference controls
box, you will enable or disable management controls over the conference call.
Conference call Web Manager controls include:
- End Conference- will conclude the conference call immediately
- Mute All- will silence conference call guests.
- Unmute All- will unmute your participant group for up to 25 callers
- Start Conference Recording- will initiate call recording
- End Conference Recording- will disable the call recording and complete the creation of that file
- Enable Name Announce- Requests callers for their name prior to joining the call.
- Disable Name Announce- will disable name announce and let participants join in anonymously
- Conference Call Continuation On- continues the call after the moderator leaves the conference.
- Conference Call Continuation Off- will disable call continuation, conference call ends when the host exits the call
- Lock Conference- will keep new callers from joining the conference.
- Unlock Conference- will unlock conference for new participants to join
- Lower All Hands- will lower all raised hands within the web-controls
- Log Out- will log off the moderator from the web manager.
- Unmute / Mute Individual Callers- the check box in the Muted column will allow for individual conference call
talk/listen management. Unchecked- caller can speak on the call; Checked- caller is muted and can not speak.
- Lower Hand- A conference call participant can signal to the host that they have a question at any time during the call by
selecting (5) then (*). The conference host can then unmute the caller, allow them to ask their question and lower their hand.

| 3. What conference call details are listed for participants? |
- Muted - You can mute / unmute individuals by checking or un-checking the box
- Raised Hand- Participants can select (5) then (*) from the telephone to RAISE THEIR HAND from a muted state, letting you know that they have a question. You can then unmute and mute them as needed.
- Name- Click ADD NAME to label a participant's phone number by name
- Number- Each participant's dial in number
- Type- Titles each participant with their role within the conference
- Status- Allows the moderator to see whether the participant is connected or not
- Join Time- Displays the time the individual participant joined the meeting
- Leave Time- Displays the time the individual participant left the meeting
- Connected- Allows the moderator to disconnect a single participant

| 4. How do I mute the participant group? |
You can mute the entire conference call by clicking on the MUTE ALL box.

| 5. How do I unmute just one participant in the conference? |
You can uncheck the muted check box to unmute an individual caller.

| 6. How do participants raise their hand during my conference call? |
Conference call participants can select (5) then (*) from the telephone to RAISE THEIR HAND. Then you will see a hand
appear next to the participant’s name

| 7. How do I lower a raised hand during the conference call? |
|
Simply double click on the individual raised hand icon to lower it. The hand icon will disappear.

| 8. Can I label or name one of my conference callers? |
Yes. Click on the Edit Name field and you can assign a label to the dial in number of that participant.

| 9. How do I dial out to participants? |
You can dial out to a participant using our web manager.
To dial out to a participant, enter their direct line within the United States in the bottom right area of the Web Manager.
The system will call the participant and if answered, prompt them to select any key from the telephone to be joined into
the conference call.

| 10. How do I change the Time Zone? |
To change the Time Zone, click on the drop down menu and select the time zone you prefer. (By default, the Time Zone is set to PST
(Pacific Time))

| 11. How do I manage a question and answer session? |
Our custom web-controls allow the conference call host to mute the conference and allow participants to “raise their hand” with
a (5) then (*) from the telephone keypad. A raised hand will display next to the caller notifying the host who to uncheck the
mute box allowing them to speak.
If the question has already been asked and answered, a participant can “lower their hand” by selecting (5) (*) from the telephone
again and a host can mute their participant once the question has been asked by checking the mute box again.
