If you have forgotten your password then you can have the system mail it to the email address currently associated with your counter. You will need to enter your counter name in the below field and press the Submit button.

The WebCounter system identifies which counter is being requested by using the counter name which you provided on the creation form when your counter was created. It will email your password to the email address that you should have entered on the creation form. If you did not enter an email address and you have lost your password, you must create a new counter.

Make sure that you match the case (whether upper or lower) of the characters in your counter name as well as the _ underscore characters and other special characters exactly. You will get a counter not found error otherwise. Remember that no spaces are allowed in a counter name.
