Tips on Ordering - Domestic (inside U.S.A.) and International
 

- First of all, thanks for shopping at 4fishin.com for all your fishing tackle and fishing equipment needs.  We appreciate your business!

- Orders can be placed on-line through this website or over the phone at 1-866-840-7896.  Phone hours are Monday - Thursday, 10:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST.
Internet orders and e-mails are accepted 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.


- We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

- International orders require a $50 minimum (before shipping charges).  As much as we enjoy working with our international customers, there is extra work involved in meeting Custom's requirements.  The customer is responsible for all import/export duties and other costs.  The only shipping method we offer for international orders is U.S. Mail International.  Depending on the shipping address, orders can take a few days to a few weeks to arrive.  There is a $5.00 handling charge added to each international order to help pay for insuring the order.

- Handling Charges.  All international orders include a $5.00 handling fee in addition to the shipping charges to help cover insuring the shipment.  Domestic orders include a 20 cent handling charge to help cover packaging costs.

- Domestic Shipping Options.  We can ship via UPS Ground, UPS 3 day Select, UPS 2nd Day, or USPS Priority Mail.  The customer will choose their preferred option during the checkout process.

-  UPS 2nd Day and 3 Day Select.  We try to ship all orders on the day they are placed if they are placed prior to 1:00 PM EST.  However, an order may not be shipped until the next business day.  Keep this in mind when choosing UPS 2nd Day or 3 Day Select.  UPS counts shipping days after the day of shipment - the day of shipment does count in any of the shipping time estimates.  If items in an order are back ordered, we will contact the customer by email to discuss options.  Back ordered items will be sent via U.S. Parcel Post or First Class Mail.

 - CVV2 - What is it?  During the order process, just after you enter your credit card information, you will be asked to enter your CVV2 number.
 This important new security feature for card-not-present transactions now appears on the back of most credit cards. This new feature is a three-digit value which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card.  The CVV2 three-digit value for Visa/MasterCard is printed on the signature panel on the back of your credit card.

The CVV2 value helps validate two things: The customer has their credit card in his/her possession, and the card account is legitimate.

CVV2 is not contained in the magnetic stripe information, nor does it appear on sales receipts.

- Make the most of your shipping costs.  UPS charges in 1 lb increments.  They will round up the number of pounds in a shipment.  Example - If your total order weighs 10 oz including packing , UPS charges for 1 lb.  This isn't just for us, it applies to all UPS shipments.  If you are ordering a small item (a few ounces) you can add other items to your order as long as you stay within that pound, with no additional shipping charges.

- Order Confirmation - Once you have completed your order you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.  This e-mail will be sent to you almost immediately.  Please read the order confirmation to verify that all information is correct.  If there is a problem just e-mail us.  If you do not receive the order confirmation e-mail, then the e-mail address you entered in your order is probably incorrect.  Just e-mail us with your correct e-mail address.  We use your e-mail address to send you a shipping confirmation and copy of your invoice.

- Be sure that your shipping address, billing address, e-mail address, and phone number are correct when you order.  Errors can cause delays in your order and could cost you more if the address is incorrect.

- Quantities.  To change the quantity of the product you would like to order to something other than 1 -  After you have clicked the 'Add to Cart' button, just enter the desired quantity in the Quantity box and click the 'Edit Quantity' button.  Your new quantity should now be shown.

- We cannot guaranty delivery dates.  We will notify you when your order ships, however, the Postal Service and UPS may experience delays which we cannot control.

- You can return your order for a refund under the following conditions, at our discretion:  a)  The product is returned within 30 days of the order date.  b) The merchandise is returned in the same condition as when we shipped it out - good and saleable.  c) Returned orders over $50 may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.  Other conditions may apply.  Shipping is non-refundable.

- Order early.  If you need something by Friday, don't wait until Thursday to order!  It is our goal to fill orders as quickly as possible.  Most orders will be filled and shipped the day of the order.  Orders received in the afternoon may not go out until the next day.  Although U.S. Mail and UPS tend to be very dependable, we can't guaranty a delivery date.

- Back orders.  Occasionally items in an order will be back ordered.  The customer will be informed by email in this case.  Back ordered items will generally be shipped via U.S. Parcel Post or First Class Mail.
