To change your counter information, you need to enter your counter name and password in the below fields and press the Edit button.

The WebCounter system identifies which counter is being requested by using the counter name which you provided on the creation form when your counter was created. If you do not have a password, either because you never filled one out or you have lost yours, you will have submit a support form so that this can be rectified.

Make sure that you match the case (whether upper or lower) of the characters in your counter name as well as the _ underscore characters and other special characters exactly. You will get a counter not found error otherwise. Remember that no spaces are allowed in a counter name.
