Sashi Reddi is founder, chairman & CEO of AppLabs
Technologies, a global IT services company. A serial
entrepreneur, Sashi has started two other companies
prior to AppLabs. His first company was EZPower Systems,
a developer of products for building and maintaining
large-scale web applications. EZPower was acquired by
DocuCorp International (Nasdaq: DOCC), a Safeguard Scientifics
company, and Sashi went on to serve as senior vice president.
Following DocuCorp, he founded iCoop to provide group
purchasing software to serve the specific needs of co-operative
businesses such as Dunkin Donuts. He began his career
consulting on technology and strategy to Fortune 500
companies in the travel, financial services, automotive
and consumer packaged goods industries.
Sashi received his BTech (B.S.) degree in computer
science from Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi,
and later, an M.S. in computer science from New York
University and a Ph.D. from The Wharton School, University
of Pennsylvania.

Sandeep is a Managing Director with Sequoia Capital India.
Sequoia Capital India has been formed with WestBridge
Capital Partners. He is on the boards of AppLabs, Shaadi.com,
Mauj Telecom, Nazara Technologies, Dr Lal Path Labs, ReaMetrix,
Strand Life Sciences and marketRx.
Sandeep has a strong experience in the Indian market
as both a management consultant and operating manager.
Previously, he was with The Boston Consulting Group.
At BCG, Sandeep advised several mid market Indian companies
on their product market strategies. Prior to BCG, he
worked with Hindustan Lever Limited, India's most admired
company. At HLL, Sandeep managed the new product development
and innovation process for two of the largest customer
franchises in the country. During his tenure, he was
instrumental in eleven product launches that were targeted
across different customer segments. Today, these products
significantly contribute to the company's top and bottom
lines. Sandeep started his business career as a management
trainee with HLL.
Sandeep is a Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs
(TiE) Bangalore chapter and is on the board of the Internet
and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI). He received
an M.B.A. with distinction from IIM Ahmedabad. He also
holds an M.S. degree in molecular simulation from the
University of Illinois (where he was awarded the prestigious
Abraham Lincoln Graduate Fellowship) and a B. Tech.
in chemical engineering from IIT Delhi.
Ranjan Chak joined Oak Investment Partners as a Venture
Partner in 2003, after a diverse 20-year career in information
technology including over 15 years in senior management
roles in international operations. A cum laude graduate
in Applied Mathematics from Harvard College, Ranjan has
managed an AI research project at Carnegie Mellon University,
established new ventures in Europe and Japan for Carnegie
Group Inc., and helped start up Hewlett Packard (India).
As CEO of a software startup he also designed and developed
one of India's first shrink-wrapped software products
for the international market. In 1994, as Vice President
(Indian Operations) for Oracle Corporation, he created
one of the most successful offshore development centers
in India; subsequently, he took over the leadership of
Oracle's Asia-Pacific Product Services organization including
global support centers in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Melbourne.
Ranjan now focuses on helping Oak's portfolio companies
execute successful strategies for tapping the software
talent in India. Currently, Ranjan sits on the board of
AppLabs, Talisma Corporation, Aventail Info Tech, and
Infotech Enterprises.

Michael Levinthal is an independent venture capitalist.
He was a General Partner at Mayfield Fund for 20 years
and was active as a member of the software team where
he led investments in the areas of software development
tools, infrastructure, vertical applications and consumer
facing applications. He is currently on the board of AppLabs,
Altiris (ATRS), Senforce, Directpointe,3point5, Infopia,
Cirrus Data Management and Metricstream. Michael was previously
involved in the startup of and on the board of Citrix,
Pure Software (acquired by Rational), Freshwater (acquired
by Mercury Interactive), Webmethods, Military Advantage
(acquired by Monster.com), Concur Technologies (CNQR)
and several medical device companies including Hearstream,
InControl, and Focal Therapeutics. Michael is also actively
involved with non-profit organisations. Currently, he
is a trustee of UITA (Utah IT association) and a board
member of Interplast and Forever Young Foundation.
GKP Reddi is a senior business executive with vast
experience in international business. He retired as
director on the main board of ITC Ltd, a diversified
conglomerate with an annual turnover in excess of US
$2 billion. He was also an associate of BAT industries
in the United Kingdom.
GKP Reddi is a post graduate in Mathematics from Loyola
College, Madras University, and later, completed Advanced
Management Program (AMP) from Harvard Business School.
