Sashi Reddi, Founder, Chairman & CEO

Sashi Reddi is founder, chairman & CEO of AppLabs Technologies, a global IT services company. A serial entrepreneur, Sashi has started two other companies prior to AppLabs. His first company was EZPower Systems, a developer of products for building and maintaining large-scale web applications. EZPower was acquired by DocuCorp International (Nasdaq: DOCC), a Safeguard Scientifics company, and Sashi went on to serve as senior vice president. Following DocuCorp, he founded iCoop to provide group purchasing software to serve the specific needs of co-operative businesses such as Dunkin Donuts. He began his career consulting on technology and strategy to Fortune 500 companies in the travel, financial services, automotive and consumer packaged goods industries.

Sashi received his BTech (B.S.) degree in computer science from Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, and later, an M.S. in computer science from New York University and a Ph.D. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Doc Parghi, Senior Vice President, Sales

Doc leads AppLabs' business development efforts. He is responsible for creating relationships that drive overall revenue growth.

Doc has nearly 15 years of experience in marketing, business development, strategic planning, and finance. Prior to AppLabs, Doc was in a fast track executive development program at CIGNA, a Fortune 100 financial-services giant. Doc was previously in the planning & analysis group at The Pep Boys-Manny, Moe & Jack, the nation's leading full service automotive aftermarket chain. Doc analyzed the impact of the ongoing restructuring of the firm with a special focus on the firms supply chain and distribution centers. Prior to Pep Boys, Doc was with Henkels & McCoy one of the largest privately held engineering, network development and construction firms serving the communications, information technology and utility industries in the United States.

Doc has a dual MBA in Marketing and Finance from Drexel University.
He also has a Dual BS in Marketing and Finance from Drexel University.

Doc serves on the executive committee of the Young Friends of The Philadelphia Museum of Art and is Vice-Chair of the Friends of the American Red Cross of Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Adam Ripley, Senior Vice President, Marketing

Adam was a founding Director of IS Integration (IS Integration was acquired by AppLabs in September 2006), which, along with his co-founders, he grew to become the leading testing services consultancy in the UK. Adam has over 25 years experience in the technology industry in both technical and management roles. After working for one of the UK’s largest consultancy firms in the 1980’s he joined a startup consultancy and played a key role in developing it into one of the leaders in relational database consultancy services.

Adam has established his position as a thought leader on testing issues in the European technology industry. He has contributed a number of papers for industry magazines and software journals and presented at conferences in the Europe and the USA.

In recent years Adam’s focus has been on developing IS Integration’s sales operations, market offerings and positioning. He has continued to develop his broader management and business skills and completed his Chartered Director qualifications for the Institute of Directors.

Clive Grummett, Senior Vice President, Europe

A founding Director of IS Integration (IS Integration was acquired by AppLabs in September 2006), Clive has been instrumental in the growth of the company from a start up to the UK’s largest independent testing consultancy.

With a Masters Degree in Computer Sciences from Birbeck College, Clive has over 25 years experience in the UK technology industry. Clive embarked on his technology career at life assurance company, Friends Provident, before moving on to mortgage systems at the Woolwich where he held a programming and systems analyst role. Clive has also held positions at: North West Water, where he oversaw a migration from ICL to IBM machines and was responsible for designing the data migration strategies; and Scottish Hydro Electric, where he headed up testing during electricity deregulation when the company procured new IT systems to support the change.

Over the past decade Clive turned his attention to building
IS Integration into an established delivery organization with strong financial and operational management processes. Alongside this he continues to play an active role in testing industry, lobbying the need for independent testing services.
