IS Integration Acquired by AppLabs Technologies to Create the Largest Global Provider of Testing Services
IS Integration, the leading UK based IT and business solutions testing consultancy, is today announcing its acquisition by AppLabs, the leading provider of testing services in the US for $37million, some of which is contingent on future profits. Together the merged businesses will create the largest global provider of testing consultancy, with a combined staff base of approximately 1,500 employees and a forecasted $75 million revenue and $8 million profit this fiscal year ending in March 2007.

AppLabs Technologies, a global software testing and development services company, today announced it has been ranked third among the 'Fastest Growing Indus Private Companies' in the annual IndUS Business Journal survey. The ranking of firms was based on their compound annual growth rate between 2002 and 2004. The list included only the top-50 private companies that are founded or managed by executives of South Asian origin and that are headquartered in the United States. According to the journal, only firms that responded to the survey and whose total revenues increased yearly from 2002 to 2004 were included. To be eligible in the survey, firms had to have
a minimum revenue of $500,000 in the year 2002.
