***One (1) Snack Defense tablet when you wake up!

 

BREAKFAST:

 

Formula 1 (shake) – 2 TBSP of powder blended in 6-8 oz of skim/Soy Milk or Juice and frozen fruit

Personalized Protein Powder—1-2 scoops

Formula 2 (Multivitamin) – 1 tablet

Cell Activator – 1-2 capsules

Total Control – 1 tablet

Cell-U-Loss (cellulite buster) – 1-2 tablets (I recommend 2 tablets)

Aminogen (workout in a bottle) – 1 tablet

1 glass of Herbal Concentrate Tea (1/2 teaspoon with 8-10 oz of water…hot or cold)

 

 

10:00 AM :

 

1 snack, if needed

1 glass of Herbal Concentrate Tea (1/2 teaspoon with 8-10 oz of water…hot or cold)—optional

 

 

LUNCH:

ThermoBond (cheater’s delight) – 2-3 tablets**About 20 mins before your food meal

 

Eat a balanced meal (for maximum results, eat a high protein, low carb meal) Formula 2 (Multivitamin) – 1 tablet

Cell Activator – 1-2 capsules

Cell-U-Loss (cellulite buster) – 1-2 tablets (I recommend 2 tablets)

Aminogen (workout in a bottle) – 1 tablet

Snack Defense – 1 tablet

 

 

DO NOT SKIP MEALS, BE CONSISTENT WITH TABLET USAGE.

 

It is OK to have a glass of RED or WHITE WINE a couple of times a week. NO BEER or FANCY MIXED DRINKS PLEASE!

 

Don’t forget to weigh and measure yourself ONLY in the mornings, once a week is preferred!!!!
