Spice Market - Aladdin Resort & Casino (strip)
Some people claim this to be the best buffet in Las Vegas. It is very good, and reasonably priced. Highlights include: Prime rib, rack of lamb, peeled shrimp, crab legs, sushi, and authentic middle-eastern dishes. The desserts and pastries are also a specialty here.

The Buffet - Golden Nugget (downtown)
One of the best buffets Downtown at a bargain price. The Buffet boasts fresh seafood every night, an extensive salad bar, fresh fruit, and delicious desserts. The all-day Sunday champagne brunch has often been voted number one in Las Vegas.

Le Village Buffet – Paris Las Vegas (strip)
This buffet is divided into five French regions, featuring classic French food typically found in each of the divided regions. Signature dishes include rockcrab salad, Camebert cheese, lamb fricassee and made to order crepes.

Village Seafood Buffet – Rio Suites (off strip)
A nautical-theme buffet with a great selection of seafood complete with American, Mexican, Italian, and Chinese serving stations. Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill – Harrah's Las Vegas (strip)
American, Midwestern type of food, served in large portions. The decor is all-American red, white and blue and the centerpiece of the restaurant is a large guitar-shaped bar with a stainless steel top which serves specialty drinks named from Keith's biggest hits.

Nobhill - MGM Grand Hotel & Casino (strip)
A California, American cuisine featuring fresh seafood and select farm-raised meats. Nobhill was designed to replicate the atmosphere of San Francisco neighborhood restaurants.

AJ's Steakhouse - Hard Rock Hotel (off strip)
The dining room is decorated with 1950s-style furniture and the bar area is setup like a lounge, complete with a live piano player. The rib-eye is the choice of many. Along with the fine selection of prime steaks is fresh seafood, like the Alaskan salmon and fresh Hawaiian tuna.

Spago - Caesars Palace (strip)
Chef David Robins likes to change up the menu daily, such as adding big-eye tuna sashimi, and a handful of delicious pastas. Try the signature smoked salmon pizza with dill cream, black caviar and chives.

BB's - Riviera (strip)
A southern-style barbecue restaurant featuring slow-roasted prime rib, barbecue chicken entrees, and smoked ribs basted with a signature barbecue sauce. Deserts like the six-layer chocolate fudge cake will satisfy your sweet tooth.

Hamada of Japan - Flamigo (strip)
An authentic Japanese restaurant featuring a good selection of tempura dishes, steaks and sushi. This is a great place for the sushi lover although the variety on the menu will satisfy everyone.

Top of the World Restaurant and Lounge - Stratosphere (strip)
An upscale steakhouse that sits 800 feet above the Las Vegas Strip and revolves in a circle. The food and views are equally spectacular. If you want to experience the views but not the pricey dinners, go there for lunch.
