Room Rates are charged per room, not per person and are based on double occupancy, except Deluxe Thai Villa, Family Oceanview and Family Beachfront, which are based on four person occupancy.
Rates include American breakfast.
Children under 12 staying with adults using existing bedding free of charge, including American Breakfast.
Baby cot free of charge
Extra Bed / Extra Person over 12, including American Breakfast:
1,400 Baht

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations one month prior to check in date will receive a full refund of their deposit less a 15% admin fee and any bank transfer fees incurred. Cancellations less than one month prior to check in, or early checkouts, will be subject to a one room night cancellation fee at the highest rate during the period staying, plus a 15% admin fee and any bank transfer fees incurred. Cancellations during peak season will be subject to a two room night cancellation fee plus a 15% admin fee and the cost of the mandatory gala dinner.
Wedding Cancellation Policy
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to the ceremony date, deposits are refundable by 75% less a 15% admin fee. Cancellations less than 90 days and more than 30 days before the ceremony date are refundable by 50% less the 15% admin fee. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to ceremony date are non-refundable.
